Patrick Ball

Interim Executive Director

Patrick has been with TLC since November 2021. He has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Penn State and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. He is married and has two children, a daughter who is a senior at Penn State and a son who is a senior at Spring Grove Area High School. 

“I am most excited to help TLC evolve into a provider of choice, employer of choice, and a strong community partner,” he says.

 Danielle Whitebread, EdD, LBS

Senior Director of Compliance and Quality

Dr. Whitebread, who joined TLC in late 2021, has a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. She is also a licensed Behavior Specialist and certified in Collaborative Problem Solving. 

The individuals I work with have been my greatest inspiration,” Dr. Whitebread says. “They inspire me when I show up to work every day to provide them with support, help teach them skills, and do what I can to help them live their best lives.” 

Dr. Whitebread is married with three sons—ages 3, 6, and 9—and enjoys spending time on the family farm where they raise goats and chickens and grow a variety of berries.

Vicki Miller

Chief Financial Officer

Vicki has an Associate degree in Accounting. She has been married for 35 years to her husband, has two children, and one granddaughter. Miller joined TLC 15 years ago and has been excited to see it grow and impact more lives than ever. 

“It warms my heart to be part of supporting our individuals to be integrated members of the local community and build relationships with new friends,” she says.

Tiffany Kauffman

Director of Operations

Tiffany started with TLC in August 2021. She brings years of experience to the organization, including working as a social worker and serving as Executive Director of a personal care home. Kauffman has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Health Care Administration. She has two dogs, a Frenchie named Nora and a Golden-Chow named Tango.

Kimberly Zeltwanger

Senior Director of Human Resources

Kimberly has 25 years of HR experience and has been with TLC since 2000. She helped create the HR Department and has held a range of positions, from Direct Support Professional to Program Manager and Trainer. She’s married and has six children, seven grandchildren, and three dogs.

Nikita Joelle Eike, M.D. FRCP, CSPQ, PhD, ThD. certified C&A/adult

Medical Director at TLC’s Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders

Dr. Eike joined TLC six years ago to build the Mental Health Outpatient Department for individuals with neuro-developmental disorders and is inspired by the team’s dedication to care for a vastly underserved population. She’s involved in her family’s horse rescue and has authored several children’s stories.
