About Autara
Autara Hampton joined TLC in 2019 as a Day Program Direct Support Professional (DSP) and transferred to residential. She left TLC for a brief time before returning in 2022, where she was a Residential Program Manager, a Residential Program Specialist, and a Day Program Specialist before her current role as Director of Residential.
She enjoys direct interaction with individuals that TLC serves and supports them through a variety of activities during their day. She finds fulfillment in watching the people she supports smile and have fun.
Her knowledge and experience at TLC have helped her find new opportunities to grow. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her pets, reading, and vacationing at the beach.
